Peak XV Fitness run park based fitness bootcamps for local women in South West London. They have been based in Wandsworth for nearly three years now and have helped over 100 women shape up and get fit. Led by trainer Steve Hines, Peak XV Fitness run three sessions each week focusing on aerobic fitness and body weight exercises.
The sessions are one hour long and burn around 700 calories per workout. It’s not unusual for clients to lose a stone in weight in their first month at boot camp. They also have a qualified nutritional therapist, who also provides all of his clients with a monthly healthy eating plan to ensure they lose weight sensibly while on the course.
